Relevance
Simulates real-life platforms like LinkedIn or Indeed.
Shows how to create systems with complex workflows, where each user has different roles and permissions.
Helps practice data management, integration between screens, filters, and searches—highly valued skills in the market.
Connection to what has been learned
Back-end (Java + Spring): Creation of APIs for job posting, applications, status tracking, and user control. Implementation of security (who can access what).
Front-end (React + JS): Screens for recruiting, applying, and following processes. Easy-to-use forms and dashboards.
Consider the experience of each profile (recruiter, candidate, and admin).
Divide tasks well: who is in charge of the API and who focuses on screen design.
Use the best coding practices they learned throughout the course.
Create something functional and visually appealing, keeping the end user in mind (those looking for work or those looking to hire).
